My interest in photography was initially a personal one. It’s an area I’ve always had an appreciation for, especially street and architecture photography. Unsurprisingly my love of the subject slowly began to seep into my design work, and I began to work on projects where I had both photographic and design input.
I now produce stock photography for the companies I work for as part of my extended Designer role, for use in both print and digital outcomes. These photos have covered a great range of subjects, including personal relationships, fashion, culture, and social attitudes, as well as sensitive topics such as mental illness and economic depression.
It is often a challenge deciding how to represent these subjects in abstract yet impactful ways, but a part of my role that I thoroughly enjoy.
