I will always have a soft spot for infographics, and have been fortunate enough to produce them for a number of companies including ESL Languages, Malvern House and eHarmony. I view infographics as the perfect combination of good design and interesting content, and as they are easily shareable online, they have the ability to grab the attention of anyone with a passing interest in the subject. They are a great marketing tool for companies who are trying to expand their influence to other audiences, in a subtle but still relevant way.
My input has often extended past the design, to also include the initial research, fact checking and copy writing. I’ve really enjoyed the insight into the variety of topics and companies that this work has given me, and continue to find great subjects and findings that lend themselves to infographics in my current in-house role.
