I've worked as a freelance designer for a number of years now, and my client's include the NHS's Bariatric Service, eHarmony, The University of Pavia and Manchester's Reforma Movement Theatre. My freelance work can be viewed on my Portfolio page.
My work has included infographics, branding, fonts, print campaigns and website banners. I have also designed and coded a number of websites, which I love as I enjoy the creative and technical sides of creating sites equally.
My industry experience is very varied, and for a number of different types of companies.
Most recently I have worked at a fashion company as a Graphic Design Assistant, where I researched, designed and created content for their website, blog and social media channels. I also created newsletters, affiliate banners, infographics, print work and packaging designs, as well as having some input into the print design of a selection of clothing. I had input into photo shoot ideas, and edited the images afterwards to ensure they were good enough quality to use for advertising purposes.
I have previously worked at marketing companies, where I worked on both the design and coding of websites for clients, and print designs for airport posters. I have also worked on redesigning the print layouts of magazines to make them work on iPad and mobile screens, as well as adding extra interactivity and animations.
Please contact me for my CV if you would like more information.
I have excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite programmes, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign, and have worked with both Macs and PC in the past, and can use both confidently.
I am also well versed with the Microsoft Office programmes. I have a good knowledge of HTML and CSS, which is helpful when it comes to creating layouts and content that work in different platforms, such as mobile and iPad too.
